A summer drink should be cold as ice and cool you down in a smooth way, pack a solid punch and leave you refreshed. We have put together a top 5 list with classic Cocktails, that will make your booty move! Impress your friends with great taste!

1. Mojito

• 1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice • 1 tsp. sugar • 3-4 fresh mint leaves • 1.5 oz. white rum • Club soda
Muddle the lime juice, sugar, and mint leaves in a Collins glass (the tall narrow one with straight sides). Add some ice, the rum, top with club soda, and stir.
2. Margarita

• 1.5 oz. tequila (the more aged the tequila, the better the drink, but silver or blanco is fine) • .75 oz. Cointreau or Triple Sec • .75 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice.
Shake ingredients with ice, then strain into a double old-fashioned glass, add ice, and garnish with a lime wedge. (For salt rim, dip rim of glass in lime juice and then in margarita salt, before making drink.)
3. Sangria

• 1 bottle of good red wine (Don’t spend too much!) • 3/4 cup brandy (Don’t spend too much!) • 3/4 cup orange juice • 2 cups sparkling water • ½ cup simple syrup (boil one part water, with one part syrup until sugar crystals have dissolved) • Orange slices, apples, pomegranate seeds, and/or almost any other fruit you have around. (Serves 6-10) Combine it all in a pitcher with ice.
4. Caipirinha

• 2 oz. Cachaça • ½ lime, in wedges • 1 tsp. sugar Muddle the lime and sugar in an old fashioned, glasses, add cachaça, rocks and stir.
Use a good Cachaça from Minas.
5. Hemingway Daiquiri (Papa Doble)

2 oz white rum (Havana Club if you got it)
3/4 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
1/4 oz simple syrup 1:1
Garnish with a grapefruit twist
Shake all ingredients except the garnish and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
